They happily help with the event preparation, including setup of all tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and decorations. Once those are meticulously arranged and configured, they make sure all food staging areas and bars are cleaned and prepped for top-notch and cleanly service. They are the ones who bring your vision to life right before your eyes, so your guests gasp in delight when they finally arrive and walk into the venue.

Then during the event, you'll see your wait staff provide professional and timely service that meets and exceeds your needs and those of your guests. They'll pass appetizers, provide the level of service your event requires, organize and stock the buffet, refill beverages, keep the coffee station maintained, assist with the champagne toasts, cut and serve cake or dessert, and more...and our team always does this with a smile. But their job isn't done when the party does. After the event, your waitstaff cleans the venue. They buss, scrape, wash, and pack all the rental dishes back into their bins. They break down the event, and even take out the trash.

Bartending

Whether you're hosting a large fundraiser, wedding or an intimate backyard gathering with a handful of your best and close friends, we've got the Central Coast's best team of friendly and professional LEAD Certified bartenders...and they'll bring the fine art of mixology to your backyard or event.

Our bartenders and bar backs arrive on time, set up, prepare, ice down, and serve delicious alcoholic drinks to guests in a responsible and safe manner. We offer a variety of bars to rent that fit and match your event, assist with the glassware rentals (and we can help you source fine crystal if you want to elevate your event), and of course we provide all the ice, mixers, and garnishes needed to stock the bar.

And if you want a signature cocktail that wow your guests, we would be thrilled to help craft up a delicious drink and custom cocktail menu. We have partnerships with local companies, including doTerra and Yes Cocktails which allow us to whip up some amazingly fresh and unique elixirs that we guarantee will impress.

Central Coast Party Helpers has been involved with 3200+ successful affairs here on the Central Coast. When you've been a part of that many important memories, fundraisers and community events, you learn a thing or two about what it takes to manage a thoughtful and well-managed one. Our planners and coordinators help you navigate through the details of your entire event, wedding, or conference.

Planning and coordinating an event is much more than the pretty Instagram pic you see after the event. It's rental lists, floor plans, timelines, and menus. It's communication and details. During the event it's a combination of time management and good judgement to ensure timelines are kept (within reason, that's where the judgment comes in), to ensure your vision and dream comes to life.

Our vast knowledge of local venues and vendors make selecting your dream vendor list a breeze. We have strong working relationships with rental companies, catering companies, and venues and all of these partnerships allow us to help you with all the tiny details that are often overlooked, from rental lists to menus to floor plans..

Private chefs

The epitome of luxury and decadence is hiring a private chef for your home party or special event. There's something magical about having a master provide or cook a personalized menu that takes into account the type of event you are having and your specific dietary needs.

We have partnered with Italian Chef Michele Auriemma of BellaVia Foods. Chef Auriemma is an expert at making handmade authentic and gluten-free pastas and Italian dishes. Tasting Room Hospitality

Operating a Central Coast winery is no easy task. During pick-up parties, festivals, and concerts you may need additional hands on deck to ensure your members and valued guests have the full experience they deserve. All of our tasting room hospitality staff have wine industry knowledge and are hand-selected for their personable and engaging presence. And of course they are also LEAD certified and fully insured. Our hospitality staff will help you sell more wine, wash and polish stemware and assist with any other duties your winery requires during peak season.
